Basically atums restrict allows gustav max out still but at a slower pace and makes it a little harder for hierathics to otk.
Stratos being heavily used this format should finally end up in the ban list
Future fusion as a farming tool is too gay.
Limiting miracle seems ok given that other decks have reduced speed.
E call is not affected since stratos is out of the story haha.

Once again purely one sided, less than a month till we know the real banlist
